Bare Foam pigs are designed to be used for pipeline cleaning, sand removal, dewatering, or drying. Bare Foam pigs are made with a low density of 30-78kg/m3, medium density of 80-128kg/m3, high density of 130-180 kg/m3 and XHD up to 350kg/m3.

Bare Foam pig is used for the below purposes.

  • Pre-commissioning and dewatering.

  • Drying the pipelines.

  • General cleaning.

  • Water displacement.

  • Debris Removal.

  • Rescue operations.
