Spiral Coated Foams are made with Medium Density 80-128kg/m3,High density 130-180 kg/m3 and XHDE 180-350kg/m3. It is coated with High quality polyurethane Elastomer.

They are used for regular-duty wiping, batching, and product-removal applications etc.

Spiral Polyurethane coated Foam pig is used for the below purposes :

  • Pre-commissioning and dewatering.

  • Regular duty cleaning.

  • Long pipelines Water displacement.
